The R185SMS+ is our smallest sliding Mitre Saw with all the 'PLUS' features, and it's every bit as capable as its bigger brothers with a 210mm x 56mm crosscut making it perfect for almost any DIY cutting tasks. The R185SMS+ features our Multi-Material cutting technology and is perfect for any serious home workshop, fitting into the works van or installing on-site with one of our compact Mitre Saw Stands.
Ready to guide every cut with laser precision the R185SMS+ comes upgraded with the tungsten carbide tipped R185-TCT 20 tooth blade. It will slice through plastics, soft and hardwoods, sheet metal, aluminium, mild steel profiles and angles as well as copper pipe. It's the perfect tool for making compound cuts in decorative moulding and skirting.
With plenty of power from its powerful 1,200W high torque motor, the R185SMS+ will make light work of most jobs. XL Rolling Mitre Saw Stand
The XL Rolling version of Evolution's best-selling Mitre Saw Stand supports more weight, offers more stability, 5-position height adjustment, wheels for easy portability and almost universal compatibility with other manufacturers' Mitre Saw models. This versatile and portable Mitre Saw Stand is perfect for home, workshop and heavy-duty on-site use. Weighing only 25kg it's light enough to be manoeuvred with one hand and, thanks to its folding legs and telescopic arms, it folds down to a compact 200mm x 270mm x 1400mm.
This light and compact Mitre Saw Stand can safely support up to 300kg, and long work-pieces up to 4m in length on its extendable arms. The quick-release mounting brackets allow the mounting of any saw with the standard mounting hole fitment in the range of to 680mm x 370mm. The supplied extension brackets allow use with saws with mounting holes in excess of this range.
