The new ST1400-G2 2-piece, 1.4m Circular Saw Track Kit is more accurate, easier to assemble, compatible with an increased range of Circular Saws, and ready for our new range of Track Saw Accessories. If you want cost-effective, accurate straight line cutting through a variety of sheet and board materials up to 1.4m in length with incredible CNC-like accuracy then our G2 Guide Rails with Pat pending Self-aligning Track Connecting Bars are the obvious choice.

The ST1400-G2 track is more accurate; featuring an all-new extrusion profile; each track segment is trimmed and faced with CNC accuracy to ensure perfect end-to-end fitment and eliminate run-out. Our new Track Connecting Bars feature Pat pending self-aligning 1/4 turn cams that cinch the track sections together for a tight fit, with no gap, and there’s a pair of self-aligning connecting bars in every pack.

The ST1400-G2 is easier to use; we’ve added a third glide strip on the top for less drag. There’s a new sacrificial edge strip, made from a more compliant, longer-lasting foam that makes aligning your cut easier than ever. Underneath we’ve chosen a new high-grip rubber for the traction strips, making your track more stable even without the improved Quick Release Track Clamps.

With a new extrusion profile, we’re compatible with even more saws from other brands as well as all of our Circular Saws with an X in the name. For 2024 we’re introducing a new range of track accessories to help you work smarter. The 90° Aluminium Track Square, Anti-Snag Cable and Hose Guide, a Track End Stop and the extra Self-Aligning Track Connecting Bars are all available as accessory items to add to your basket.
